"Came from The Hartford, but a few days after switching to State Farm for several cars and renters ins. I needed to purchase a new vehicle from Carmax on Sept 05 2024 Mind you me and my husband are both above 55 & never in my life had to pay up front to add a vehicle. Two days later Sept 7 found out I was sold a newer Jeep w a salvage title so I returned that vehicle to Carmax called Shelby & Christina (and acted annoyed I was calling to cancel that policy I just paid for) was told it would be several weeks to get a refund. Called later that day and canceled all policies. After to speaking to State Farm reps at their main office on 09/16/2024 finding out they never canx the policy on the car returned and still no update on refund. Never had this horrible of an experience with an insurance agent in 40+ years of being an insured driver"

"One of my friends recommended me to contact Christina’s office to get quotes for my home and car insurance. I got Brad answered the phone and helped me set everything up completely in a couple days, so that I can cancel the old policies with my previous insurance company before they charge me! I got much better price than what I had with the other company, Brad saved me a couple thousand! Brad also gave me advice that I could save more money if I have home security system, so I did add it. In addition Brad helped contact my roofer and see if I have impact resistant roof to save me a little bit more money. That was very nice of him"
